This all white fantasy , textured hand woven wall art is projecting a wide range of textures, interlocking materials, mix matching vintage fabrics, laces , tulle, with cotton and wool, while converge between chaos and balance, among improvisation and the medium of the high warp weaving technique.
Cuarzo is a textile sculpture inspired by the prism and crystal morphology of this gemstone so much involved in our current times. It is an ode to the motion, the textures and the nature of the minerals.
Cuarzo is a textile sculpture inspired by the prism and crystal morphology of this gemstone so much involved in our current times. It is an ode to the motion, the textures and the nature of the minerals.
The cloud tapestry is designed as a textile sculpture, as it has a significant amount of volume and movement, thanks to the structural composition in metallic wire, the weaving is made of large bands knitted, crocheted and interwoven.
Art work belong to the research Variacions, where I aim to overlap colors and textures, providing a more free and loose woven tapestry, working with the surface, the background and the emptiness of the spaces between stitches and weft.

An experimental piece, woven on a high-warp loom, using different types and thicknesses of cotton. In this piece I wanted to reinterpret the tapestry, taking to the limit the fragility and resistance of the material and the weaving technique.
